James is a conscientious and practical advocate with experience of representing clients at all stages of their cases. He is a Duty Solicitor and has significant experience of representing clients accused of serious offences including sexual offences, offences of serious violence and drugs offences.

James is always committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients, whether advising pre-charge at the police station or post charge at court.

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2019 with another well-established East London firm, James joined Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson in September 2020. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, James completed the Bar Professional Training Course at Nottingham Law School and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2014.
