We acted for a driver of a dual-transmission bus, accused of dangerous driving, whose defence was that there was a malfunction of the bus as opposed to human fault.

Death by Careless Driving, involving complex scientific evidence.

Successful exceptional hardship argument on fresh grounds, when exceptional hardship had already been raised previously. The client was the sole provider for his family and would have lost his job if disqualified.

Fraud. The client was accused of taking driving tests for other persons.
