Courtney is a newly qualified Solicitor who assists partner, Kirsty Bishop on the preparation of a number of complex cases. Courtney is a fully accredited police station representative.

Courtney joined Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson in July 2022. Courtney previously worked as a paralegal in a boutique London firm specialising in criminal defence. Courtney gained extensive experience in sexual offences, drug offences and gang-related violence. She completed her training contract and sucessfully joined our team as Solicitor at the end of 2025

Courtney has a First Class degree in Law from The University of Greenwich, where she was awarded the Sweet & Maxwell prize for 'Best Performing Law Student'. Courtney is also completing the Barrister Training Course (BTC) with BPP University. Courtney volunteered for the Innocence Project London considering possible appeals against conviction on joint-enterprise murder cases during her undergraduate degree.
