Paul Harris to jointly chair An Evening With Sir Brian Leveson QC

Paul Harris, Managing Partner of Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson will jointly chair An Evening With Sir Brian Leveson QC on Monday 6th February 2017.

This event is organised by the London Criminal Courts Solicitors’ Association and will be jointly chaired with our Mr Paul Harris and Mr James Parry, the Chairman of the Criminal Law Committee at The Law Society.

Sir Brian Leveson, QC President of the Queen’s Bench Division will be addressing the London Criminal Courts Solicitors’ Association on 6th February 2017,  6pm - 8pm at The Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL.

In January 2015 Sir Brian Leveson QC released his Review of efficiency in criminal proceedings. Since that date many of his recommendations have been implemented in a big  shake up of Criminal Justice as we move into the digital age.

Sir Brian who is one of the country’s most senior judges previously chaired the Sentencing Guidelines Council, and conducted the high profile review into Press standards. As an advocate he appeared in many high profile cases including Rose West, BCCI and Polly Peck. As a judge he has presided over many high profile cases including Damilola Taylor.
