Trainee Solicitor

Cally is a trainee solicitor who assists partners Kirsty Bishop and Natalie Berman on the preparation of a number of complex cases. She is a fully accredited police station representative.

Cally joined Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson in September 2020 as a paralegal assisting Natalie Berman and Kirsty Bishop, before commencing her training contract in Septmeber 2021. She graduated with a 2:1 in Law from Cardiff University and a Distinction on the LPC with BPP.

Prior to joining Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson, Cally worked as a paralegal at a multi-disciplinary Law Firm in the criminal and conveyancing departments. She has experience of complex Crown Court matters, including rape, possession of an offensive weapon and historic allegations of sexual assault. Cally also has experience in appeal matters through the Innocence Project, including a successful appeal in 2018 for a sexual assault conviction.
