Kiran’s role is primarily as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court. In this capacity she advises and represents clients facing relatively minor charges as well as those who will ultimately be tried in the Crown Court following committal or transfer. Covering all necessary hearings up to and including summary trials, Kiran is able to use her experience as a qualified duty solicitor to give the clearest legal and tactical advice and secure the best possible outcome for her clients.
