Natalie  joined Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson in October 2006 after successfully completing the Bar Vocational Course with a result of Very Competent
Natalie is a qualified Duty Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate. She offers her clients continuity of representation by preparing their cases and representing them at the police station, Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. She is experienced in conducting Crown Court trials, including multi-handed cases with complex legal arguments. In appearing at the Court of Appeal, Natalie has successfully argued for reductions in sentence. In one such case, her client was immediately released from custody (R v P).
Natalie has extensive experience in all types of cases, including murder, possession of firearms, arson, fraud, serious assaults, drugs, rape, sexual assaults and driving matters. She is adept at dealing with confiscation matters and applications such as ASBOs, and is known for her aptitude with youths, both in the Youth Court and the Crown Court. 
Natalie is efficient and hardworking, with a keen eye for detail. She is dedicated to representing her clients in every aspect of their case and will strive to achieve the best result possible.
Natalie is a member of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors’ Association.
