Kim joined Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson in January 2017 and brought with her over 25 years’ experience practising extensively in East London and Essex.

She was admitted as a solicitor in 1996 and gained her Higher Courts Rights in 2005. As a member of the “London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association”, Kim specialises in criminal defence work and has a substantial own client base.

Kim is a busy advocate and regularly represents clients at trial in both the Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court. She also regularly represents clients in the police station to the same high standard.

Committed to a high quality of work, Kim has a great deal of experience in criminal Defence work ranging from Murder, Large Drug Importation and Fraud to more minor offences which she recognises are just as serious for the client.
